Accommodations ... The Baltimore House Bed and Breakfast offers a choice of two suites - the Penthouse Suite and the Garden Suite.

IvyDining & Snacks As our guest, you will receive a welcome basket, as well as a menu to select your bedtime snack. You will be served either in your suite or the library. We want to make sure you’re One of our outdoor dining areas.nice and content before turning in.

Morning breakfast for guests will be served in the formal dining room, or weather permitting, on the front veranda, down by the ponds, or in the gazebo. A breakfast casserole, french toast, pastry, fruit, coffee, tea, or homemade cocoa, along with juice and cereal is a sure way to start your day!.

Penthouse Suite. Check-in 4:00 p.m./Check-out 11:30 a.m. $115.00.

When you walk up to this 32' x 32' Penthouse Suite, you’ll feel like you’re in your own little apartment high in a tree house! PerchedPenthouse Suite over the ponds and the old Erie Canal, (canal water not included - unless it rains a lot!), this suite host an antique queen size bed in its sleeping alcove, a work station in another alcove, and the third alcove is home to a “sports-like museum” area. GO INDIANS!

There is also a dining area with table and chairs, a small refrigerator and a microwave. So if hunger strikes between the evening refreshments and morning breakfast, you’ll have in-room service for lite eating.

The center of the room is home to the entertainment arena with a sitting area, cable television,VCR, stereo, CD and turntable (Glenn Miller & Tommy Dorsey records provided!)

Going down to the second floor you will share a library and full bath.

Enjoy the ambience of feeling nature caressing you as you enter your suite. The sleeping quarters host a brass queen size bed, a “fainting” sofa, cable television, CD, radio, and VCR.


As you open your adjoining door and step out, you will experience the uniqueness of an indoor garden. You will be surrounded with trees, Garden Suiteflowers, a fountain, and a wishing pond. A park bench allows you to gaze at the garden while sitting under trellis, which is draped in lights, greenery, flowers and crystals. This is all enclosed by glass windows, allowing you to take in the views of the indoor garden, while viewing outside to the Venus Garden and the old Erie Canal (again, canal water not included )

The next door leads you to a shared library filled with wonderful old books and magazines from long ago. This relaxing room is equipped with a CD player to comfort and soothe you..

Going out to the main hall is a shared full bathroom. (Don’t worry, 3 other bathrooms are available for emergencies!) The Bed and Breakfast bath is new and fresh, but still is home to the original 1915 old-fashion tub (plus shower), and inlaid tiles of yesteryear.
